General
The most important Bible texts that inform about the end time Antichrist are:

We have seen many leaders act in the spirit of Antichrist, although they
haven't been the end time Antichrist, but they have prepared the way for him.
A possible date for the power of Antichrist at the beginning of the 7-year Tribulation period is given in End of Time in When Did Jesus Die and when Was He Born?
If this date is close to be correct, Antichrist must be alive and active even today.

The mark of the Beast shows ownership and is a counterfeit of the seal
(the Holy Spirit) that we as believers receive when we receive Jesus as our Savior

Whoever worships Antichrist and his image and receives the mark of his name will be lost forever (Rev 14:9–11). Many will refuse (Rev 14:12).

or not is if it's so opposite to me. If God tells me what I don't want to hear,
does something in a way I probably wouldn't do, or is the opposite
of what the world thinks or does; it's probably from God (Proverbs 3:5–7),

Those who choose to follow Antichrist, have received his mark,
and worship his image, will suffer from these seven bowls of wrath. All true Christians have left the Earth at The Rapture before this occurs (Psalm 91:5–10,

Interpretation
One reason why Antichrist will gain power over the whole world is because
of wickedness, sin, deception, and fear of man. Another reason is
that God will allow him to have this power to fulfill prophesies in the Bible
(Rev 13:3–4, 7–8), see also The Predestination Theory.
Wicked and ungodly globalism is one pit to fall into. The other more dangerous pit to fall into is wicked and ungodly nationalism (Mat 24:7a) which we have seen examples of throughout history. This will be the pit that Antichrist will use
to gain power. My personal opinion is that extreme globalism
and extreme nationalism will merge together under the rule of Antichrist.

Antichrist probably starts as a businessman and becomes a political leader
and a commander-in-chief of a powerful military machine.

Antichrist probably wants to unite all the major religions to increase his own power, something that is being done by the False Prophet. This will change after a time,

- Be a vile and evil person.
- Love gold and money.
- Be called the little horn.
- Strengthen a covenant between Israel and many other nations.
- Disguise himself as a force for good.
- Revealed through the apostasy (falling away).
- Have the ego to call himself God (being the Savior of mankind).
- Succeed in whatever he does (until Jesus returns to Earth).
- Be a descendant of the Assyrian people and Ancient Rome.
All this means that he has the following characteristics:
- He is loved in Israel.
- He is loved within the Church.
- He has the mouth of a lion.
- He is deeply arrogant.
- He is powerful.
- He is exceedingly boastful.
- He deliberately sows discord.
- He casts the truth to the ground.
- He denies the Father and the Son.
- He honors the god of powers in his property.
- He is obsessed with gold.
- His name is the little horn.
- He has a covenant with many.
- He has the ego to proclaim himself as God.
- He is a lawless man who believes he is above the law.
- He does whatever he wants to do.
- He is an abomination.

Who is the False Prophet and the Antichrist
One candidate to be the False Prophet is the last pope before Jesus returns,

We have seen many leaders act in the spirit of Antichrist, although they
haven't been the end time Antichrist, but they have prepared the way for him.

If this date is close to be correct, Antichrist must be alive and active even today.
